Ass-less undies and Alzheimer's.

Cannot remember Wednesday night, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or much of Sunday.

I do remember watching all my normal tv shows those nights, being tired, and not wanting to study, but not much else. Oh, Thursday cuz George was gone I bitched out early (like 1pm) and went home and slept cuz I felt crappy, or that's what I told myself.

Over those few days I watched 'Nacho Libre' which was pretty cute. Some movie called 'Population 436' about this weird little town where the population is always 436 people. And if you try to leave the town doc will electroshock and lobotomize your ass. And if you do leave, God will run your car over with a semi from hell.

Another scary-ish movie called 'Rest Stop'. Some killer has been killing women at some rest stop and they kind of haunt other women trapped there being tortured by the killer.

More 'Nightmares & Dreamscapes'. I really liked the one where a stoke broker gets bitten by a snake and is kind of paralyzed so they declare him dead and he is awake and can feel stuff before they autopsy him. He gets a boner and they know he's alive.

I can't remember what else I watched.

Over the weekend I poked at studying Histology and called to bother my family frequently. 39 days til I head home!

Sunday, amidst the hurried and worried Histology cramming LGBTQ had gay-movie night at my house. Before hand, a little "South Park" to pass the time until people showed up. 5 people showed up. 4 of them were very fun and I knew they'd come. One slightly older guy also came, but he is nice and knows Saint. We watched 'But I'm a Cheerleader' which is always fun, and David brought 'Latter Days' which is about some gay mormon guy. It was kind of sad and sweet, but way to much naked man-ass and other stuff. Eww! Anyways, there was one part where the pretty gay guy cuts his butt on something in his yard and he faints so the mormon guy helps him. When pretty boy pulls down his pants to have the mormon dude check his buns, he has on the strangest guy underwear I have ever seen. They had no ass! Very odd, but I guess practical if you like it up the butt. I really really hate guy butt!

Afterwards, and just in time, was the new Halloween episode of "The Simpsons". It was good, but not as good as ones in the past. "American Dad" was hilarious. Stan joined the Log-cabin Republicans (those gay Republicans). "Family Guy" was funny, but I think a rereun maybe.

I woke up early and studied, and took little naps until it was time for my test. Tissue IDS = nice, regular questions = not so freakin nice.

I got to hook students up to electrodes to do little EKGs for lab for 4 hours. Blah!

So tired, need to finish EKGing students, clean/ feed some snakes, wash some glasswear, get my Histo grade, and possibly go drinking later because of it. We shall see.

Random fact of the day: All new abbreviated blog starting today!

Green poop and mousehunting.

I cannot remember what happened for the latter half of Sunday. I do remember kind if watching some reruns of "The Simpsons", "American Dad" and stuff.

Monday, was normal...you should know my schedulae by now! Internet, Histology + grading lab reports, internet, lab with Youssef, lab with Swapna, embed my snake tissue, then go home to eat and watch tv. I did stop at Bealer's and had the most amazing cookies. They were these really soft sugar cookies with buttercream frosting green vampires on them. "How I Met Your Mother", "The Class", and "Heroes" were all really good.

Tuesday (yesterday). I had lab with Swapna, played on the internet, looked up some info on a conference I was supposed to attend in January. Apparently George put himself down as presenter, so I cannot get the student discount SICB (Society for Integrative and Comparative Biologists) offers students if you present AND be their slave for 4 days. I also missed the window (by a full month) to get a $500 travel grant from ISU. Damn! Well, this means I don't have to hurry up and write a proposal to get the travel grant AND I get to hang out in NY longer from Christmas!

I found Beth (as she was setting up food for the Medical brats) and hung out waiting for Dr. Duong to sign my paper saying he'll be on my advisory committee.

Back to the lab to play on the internet more and download guitar tabs. I downloaded a trial version of this program called GuitarPro. So cool! It lets you change and write music and hear what it sounds like. It also (when you download already recorded tabs) hear the song as you read the music and you can skip around and do all sorts of crap. It is only like $50-some. I do not think I want it yet. I need to focus on other crap for the next year. But I am super-excited something like this exists. I think it may be good for Lia since she wants to learn to play.

I went home to eat lunch (and watch an episode of "The L Word") and clean cuz Beth and her kids were gonna stop by. Anyways, Sunday is Gay Movie Night with LGBTQ at my place! I cleaned my room again (swept up litter and changed the cat water and sprayed Febreze and Lysol) and the living room (moved the old giant tv to be a tv stand, moved Saint's ancient Nintendo crap that was living in the corner, and pushed his shit around to look nicer). I cleaned the kitchen counters and finished my dishes. Then, the laundry room. So grody!

So I went back to school for the department seminar which was ok. it was about possible neuro-endocrine disruption caused by phytoestrogens in bird food.

I headed home, with a stop at the IGA for a new cheap mop, to eat and finish cleaning. I swept the leaves off of the front steps, vaccumed a little, and finished my dishes. I watched tv for and Beth showed up at about 8. I gave her munchkins candy and showed them the house. They were the 'Scream' killer and spiderman (complete with padded muscle arms, legs, pecks, and a 6-pack!). They met RC (who pooped in the hallway for some reason), Ping-Ping the kitten, and my Eddie. Beth did not believe me as to how big he was. She called him a Holstein cattle. He's my little dairy cow!

I watched "House" and "SVU" which were both very very good and went to bed.

Wednesday I woke up at 4:30 to hear Eddie scritching around the room kind of funny. Then I heard him growl under my bed. He only ever growls at something so I freak out thinking there is something under my bed or outside my door. I turn on the light and Eddie comes out from under the bed with a little gray mouse between his lips. I tried to grab him so I could take the mouse and toss it outside, but when I grabbed Eddie he dropped the mouse and it ran into my closet. I took everything out of the closet with Eddie sniffing everything and the mouse ran out between my legs. I scream and it heads out the door - I think. I went back to bed for an hour. Maybe that mouse will tell the other mice to avoid my room because there is a panther-sized kitty cat that now has a taste for fresh mice!

I went to class for Histology which was boring and longish, but I bailed pretty early to go play on the internet, clean up my lab a little bit, trim embedded snake tissue, and feed/ clean some snakes.

Oh! Speaking of my snakes, we have a new one. A very teeny little baby copperhead. So cute! But still loaded. Some dip at Vigo South High School brought it in and a science teacher confiscated it and gave it to George. Yeah! Free snakes are the best kind. I don't know what to name our new tiny friend. We are gonna stuff this little guy so he grows nice and big, so I can hopefully lop of his head. For now, he is way too small to bother with.

George also informed me that becuase he will be at some thing in Louisiana Thursday and Friday that I will be taking over for his classes on Friday, meaning I get to give one class a quiz and one am exam. Normally this would constitute a pretty mellow and light Friday, but I get to go home and study boring-ass Histology until "Ghost Whisperer" comes on.

After George gave me my test giving instructions, I went home, with a stop at the store, and ate and watched tv. "Top Model" was the recap episode, but "The Biggest Loser" was pretty good.

I am very much dreading this next Histology test. I have had agita for days because of it. I get to spend all weekend studying. Stopping Sunday afternoon at 4pm for gay movie night and the new Halloween episode of "The Simpsons". I gotta go next door and see when I can steal one of the Medical brat's slide sets.

Random fact of the day: My right arm is fatter than my left. Probably just puffed up from more frequent use (I am right-handed). It pisses me off!

Lesbian monkeys!

Thursday night I did go pic up the third season of "The L Word" but did not watch any at home. After that I don't remember much other than watching reruns of "My Name is Earl" and "The Office".

Friday, Hmm...can't remember much other than reading for Physiology seminar because it was my turn to lead discussion. I did not know how to start so I made Diana start then I chimed in and asserted certain points. I actually understood this chapter. It was on sex determination/ behavior of species. We talked about with certain treatments you can get males to lose some male mating behaviors and even get females to show male mating behaviors. Very cool.

Naturally, there are these crazy monkeys called Bonobos (formerly pygmy chimpanzee) that engage in tribadism as a form of social bonding. I don't think I could watch 2 chimps bump donuts, but it is nice to know that other animals enjoy it too. I learned other things about them too. The have face to face sex, engage in oral sex, tongue kissing, and penis fencing. These apes are like people. Take that Christian Right! Sex is not bad, and we are all realated to monkeys!

In class we also talked about actual observed brain differences in men vs. woman and "straight" vs. "gay" men. Oh, so maybe it was the bump on my head when I came out that made me a lesbian?! Haha! I love being a lesbian. I don't think I could stand being straight.

I am actually excited for the continuation of this class next week.

I prepared some snake tissue (we buzzed off the front part of his head and superglued his mouth shut). This should be interesting, as I will be sectioning and reconstructing two pits at the same time. I thought it would take longer to get to this point but we are jumping in head first.

I tried to get a hold of Laura with no success. We were supposed to go see "Saw III". Why oh why does she keep standing me up?!

Can't remember much else other than going to the video store and watching a really good episode of "Ghost Whisperer". Camryn Manheim (who is just so awesome) has been on the show all season. The guy who played Bif in "Back to the Future" has the hots for her now. Aww! He's plushy too! "Numb3rs" was good too.

I think I watched "Ugly Betty" Friday night too. So funny! The nasty little fairy that works for Vanessa Williams dressed up like Betty for Halloween. It was a really cute episode!

I also think I watched "Nip/ Tuck" that night too.

Saturday, I went to school for a good long while to dehydrate and infiltrate snake tissue. I rewatched "Top Model" and parts of an episode of "Lost".

I went to the store to get hydrogen peroxide for my chewed up finger as well as some benedryl to reduce the swelling. My mom said that even people that are not allergic to cats can have allergic reactions to cat bites. Bastard Eddie! Little finger-biting Poofter!

I watched "Click" which was really cute while I ate lunch. I watched the first disk of "Nightmares and Dreamscapes" which was ok, and then I took a long-ass nap. I woke up at 8 so I got dinner and watched some of the sex-pervs over the phone with Kailea. She had to go and I went to Starbucks for something warm.

"SNL" had Beck and Hugh Laurie (the guy who playes House) on. It was pretty funny. They made fun of "Most Haunted" which is hilarious to watch on tv. I watched an episode with friends when I was in NC in September. They are so full of shit, but I would probably be wetting my pants if I was there too.

Sunday (today) I woke up, fed the Poofter, and went back to sleep. I woke up and watched "An American Haunting" which was ok. Apparently the girl was haunting herself because her daddy raped her.

Now, I am at school blogging and treating snake tissue.

Random fact of the day: I love Mallo Cups! They are so good and I can only find them back home at one specific Wegmans. I did find them at Cracker Barrel so I went to the one in Terre Haute and bought some. So tasty!

Not nearly enough holes...

Monday, George and I took a little time to make some plastic goo to see if we could dye it with some carbon black and I took off for food and TV-time at home.

I had some tasty sausage pizza and watched "Dexter" and "Ugly Betty" and then "Heroes" on my computer and TV.

Tuesday was on ok day. I had lab with Swapna, man, I was sleepy!

I cleaned some snake poo with George and played with more plastic goo before and after the department seminar. It was on same prairie plant called "rattlesnake master". I looked it up on Wikipedia and apparently some Native Americans used to use some goo from it as an antidote for rattlesnake venom. Aside from the cool name of the plant it was boring and I kept dozing off. I even made a soft noise at some point while dozing and trying to fill out my sheet for class.

At some point during the day took the rattle from one ok the old dead frozen Western Diamondback rattlesnakes in the freezer I cut off on like Monday and gave it to my friend Beth to give to her little girl. They both like snakes too!

I went home and can't really remember much else. I am still recovering from being chained to a computer for a month. I did go to bed at like 9 or 10 cuz nothing was really on tv.

Wednesday (Yesterday), I got to go to school kind of late. I left the house at like 8 to get to school before Histology class at 9. I woke up at lie 2am thinking it was going to be like 5 or 6 am when I checked my clock. I was so happy I had so much sleepytime left!

Histology was ok. I graded papers and bailed early. I chatted with Beth and she said Helen (her daughter) was thrilled. I told her I'd try to get her a tail from one of my Northern pacific rattlers. I found one dead in the freezer and ran back to give it to her in a little glass vial for protection.

I ran back to teach my sheep. They were ok, we finished early, and because I am such a heinous bitch I made them stay so I could enter their grades in the computer and make them pick up their stuff.

I affixed new ID labels to the snake tanks. I named another one of my snakes. His name is MoFo. Because when he struck the side of his tank I yelled "motherfucker!". Below him on the rack are "Big Daddy", "Salazar Slytherin", and "Cranky". These guys are all Western Diamondbacks.

After about a dozen small heart attacks, I went to play with more plastic goo and then slip away to go home and chill. I decided to give Eddie a bath cuz he was stinky. Big mistake. During the bath, Eddie suddenly decided that my right index finger did not have enough holes in it. So, he graciously, and without warning, decided to give me 6 of them for free. I whacked the little fucker and continued to rinse him then dried him a little and tossed his finger-chomping ass into the empty bedroom/ classroom. Sore, bloody, newly-perforated, and covered with cat hair I took a shower and then bandaged myself up.

I watched "Nip/ Tuck" and then had to bake the pies for the lab lunch for today. The baking went ok, I-han was also cooking for lab luch too. He was making dumplings. He even made the dumpling wrappers by hand! Apparently he could not find any at the store. Ping-Ping (his little kitty) ran around downstairs while we cooked and I did dishes. Yes, I finally got to those dishes. I did more than half of them while baking the ricotta pies.

Once I popped out the pies to cool, "Top Model" was starting. Such a good episode. They had a Halloween-y impromptu photoshoot with poofy crazy hair and scary contact lenses and then a romance novel cover photoshoot with everyone's favorite "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" spokesman...Fabio! So many of the girls were so uncomfortable with him. I would be too...he's a gigantic skanky Italian ape. Aww...like my Daddy. Except Fabio is built like a brick wall and has little body hair. They also learned how to dance/ move sexily with Dita Von Teese the burlesque dancer. I can't wait to watch it again!

Laura called. I left her a message saying that her ex-beotch came looking for her at the "Take Back the Night" table. She said she was going the drag show again, but I was not in the mood for it. She said we'd get together tonight. Not holding my breath, but it would be fun. I think I am going to go pick up Season 3 of "The L Word" at Walmart. Maybe we can watch that.

After all the skinny bitches, it was time to watch some very unskinny people bitch on "The Biggest Loser". Saint came up to get some TV shows from me and chat while we watched the last half of "fat camp" and the first half of "CSI: NY".

I let my little finger-mangling kitty back in the room and he had mostly forgiven me. I am still far from forgiving him.

Thursday (Today!) I woke up and it was raining. I laid back down for a little bit but the pain in my finger was so bad I had to get up and change my bandage to relieve the swelling. It looks so gross...bastard cat! I got ready and fixed my finger then brouht my breakfast (yogurt, granola, and berries!) upstairs. Eddie sat on my lap while I ate and I did pet him, but not too lovingly...little fucker! I wish Kailea was here to whack him with one of her ducks.

I brought the pies to school and paid for parking so I could park close and not get poured on and ruin the pies.

Ecology seminar was good. Lots of chatting about stuff and how society is going down the toilet so quickly.

Lab meeting took forever! But the lunch was good. Mrs. Ghosh made some chickpea thing, Swapna made chicken kerala, Kumar made rice, I-Han made dumplings, Jen made some spinach thing, Razan brought room temperature pop, Catherine made green bean casserole, Erick made pasta salad, Youssef made a cake, and I made the ricotta pie. Everything was pretty good. George came and ate too. Adam who is in town stopped by for food too.

At 12:30 I had to jet to bring the other pie over to Angie's goodbye lunch thingy. Beth was excited and really liked the pie. Dr. Doung has a white wife who is very nice and agrees that there is a significant lack of Italians here in the area meaning we cannot find good fresh bread, pizza dough, coldcuts, cheeses, and cannolis. They ate the whole pie! There were lots of people there, I did not think it would disappear so fast.

I headed back here to look for the leftover pie to find it was all gone. At least Beth took a large piece.

Now, I am blogging before I forget everything I have done this week. I think I am going to check my plastic goo and then bail for "The L Word".

Random fact of the day: I used to only get ricotta pie at Christmas-time when my grandmother was in town. We finally got my Dad to try and make it himself. When I moved out here I asked him for how he made it and tried to do it myself. So tasty. Haha...we have no more use for Grandma now!

Concentrating so hard I burst a blood vessel in my eye!

Thursday, after meeting with George, we (he) decided rather than put band-aids fixing my model I'd just remake it. It only takes 4-5 hours to do so with a little additional time to test some crap out.

Gay bowling was so fun! Lots of people showed up, but a number who said they were coming did not. Apparently a few got lost. Hello? It's the bowling alley-shaped building with the bowling pins on the roof!

I suck at bowling, but that does not mean I don;t have fun with it. I bowled with Derrick and some freshman guy guy named Josh. Derrick and I had so much fun! We were grabbing each other and bumping and stuff all night. Why do gay boys like to play with boobs? Kailea? My sisters and I will flip up each others' boob and say "scoop!". For Kailea's monster rack we say "ladle". Anyways, at one point Derrick gave me a pat on the ass and I got a strike! The sporty-lezzies did really well. Laura showed up and bowled one game with us. It was a good night, I got home at like 9:30-something which is not bad!

Gay movie night will be in like 2 weeks and then we will plan gay volleyball!

I caught the last little bit of "CSI" and watched the first third of "ER" but lost interest and just went to bed.

Friday, I got to school at 6:30am! I checked my email and got down to the dungeon by 7 so I could try a few things before I attempted to redo my whole model. I began tracing and stacking my contours at 8 and finished at lik1 11:30, all the while listening to music on my laptop. George was preparing to teach his class so we would meet at 3. I played on the internet and then went and spaced my contours. My model looked damn good! I told George while on my way to Physiology seminar that it was better and headed to class.

Instead of having class in the cold room, we had it in a noisy one instead. Saint ate candy next to me the whole time. Class was actually not wretchedly boring...and I spoke! I even remember what I asked. We were talking about hormones involved with reproduction and I asked what hormones/ mechanism exists to keep mammals from killing their young when they are being squeezed out of them. Most animals want to attack whatever is hurting them. It was a good discussion and I remember parts of it.

I met with George and he was mostly pleased. We chatted about it and he then hinted that I needed to vamoose while he thought about stuff and saved image files to make a movie. A very arduous task of rotating the model by one degree, then saving the view as a tiff file, for 180 degrees. I went upstairs to bother Beth for like an hour then went to check and he still wasn't quite done. He finished then said I should come in Saturday morning to do it again and then again another way. I said I did not have a key to get in over the weekend and he said then it was going to be a long night for me. So, back on went the music and I ended up clicking away rotating and saving shit until after 9pm. At least it is done! Thank-you BBC!

When I got home I went to wash my face and noticed that my right eye was red with blood. I spent like 12 hours in front of the computer and must have popped something. Damn, I was focused! I had soem hotdogs and watched "Numb3rs" which was great and then Wednesday's episode of "Top Model". Oh, Michelle, you are tall and adorable, but you are so thin and have no ass! Just give it time, you so know you are gay and not just bi.

Saturday I woke up and went to the post office to pick up soemthing that came in, and then began my day. I went to Walmart to pick up crap to make Ricotta Pie (decadent Italian dessert!) for the lab lunch thing Thursday. I forgot to check and see how much ricotta I needed for 2 pies.

I stopped at Baesler's to get my new favorite yogurt to go with my favorite granola my Aunt Janet sent me. It comes in these tall glass containers, they are cool. I think I will save them.

I went home watch 'Garfield 2' (pretty amusing, and has Jennifer Love Huge-tits in it!) and to take a nap with Eddie. It was like the best nap! He was so cuddly and sweet, the whole time while he'd wedge himself a little bit further against my back to take up more of the bed. A 16 lb. cat should not take up half a full bed!

I watched 'The Omen' (the new one) and it was ok, pretty much the same as the original, nothing super special. You know it is a bad sign when your child frowns and screams about going to a church.

I also watched a good vampire movie called 'The Last Sect'. It had David Carradine in it as Van Helsing's descendant hunting this online dating service sect of vampire chicks. It was good and had really killer music by some UK band called The Duke Spirit.

I went to the video store to take back the movies and got two more.

I watched "SNL" cuz John C. Reilly was hosting. It was ok. There was a funny sketch where he was a swim instructor.

I watched 'American Dreamz'. Mandy Moore is so damn funny! I liked the Arab family too.

Sunday, I slept til like noon and then watched 'Pumpkin Carver'. It was ok, not as cheesy as I thought it was going to be but still kind of weird. It's Halloween time!

Back to sleep for another nap with Eddie. Not as fantastic as Saturday's but still good.

I woke up to start some laundry and watch the first 4 episodes of "Desperate Housewives". I also finally put away those pesky receipts and paperwork that has been living in my closet for the past month.

Monday (today!), I got to scool pretty early to check email and crap and got my stuff for Histology class. Boring but pretty fast. I graded the whole time.

Lab, graded some more and ignored Youssef's sheep (I am such a bad TA!) Then took care of my own. My lab went faster than his.

I left to go run (drive) to the facilities building to get my new key to Dr. Duong's lab! Yeah! Now George can make me come in on weekends and nighttime! Ugh.

I ran into Nora (a straight girl from LGBTQ) and we chatted about movies, her missing bowling, 'D.E.B.S.' and her 'Shaun of the Dead' shirt she was wearing. I got my key and then headed back to find George. I could not so now I am blogging! I need pizza!

Random fact of the day: I hate the smell of movie theater popcorn. I worked at a theater for like 6 months in high school (they locked me away in the arcade and then took away my stool so I quit). Having to clean up grody walk-on popcorn just turns me off from it. I like nice air-popped popcorn with lots of real butter and salt. I recently tried it with butter, red pepper flakes, and parmigiano-reggiano cheese (Thanks Rachel Ray!). Very zippy!

Thursday, October 19, 2006

Been a long few days.

So Sunday, after my post, I watched TV on my computer and sliced some snake bits. The TV was excellent, the slicing, not so much. I watched "South of Nowhere" which is on some channel called Noggin or something. It is a good show. Alex is still pissed at me for not having time to let him watch the first season last time I was home. I also watched this new show on Showtime called "Dexter". it is about this forensic blood expert / serial killer of bad guys that have escaped justice. The gay brother from "Six Feet Under" plays Dexter. This is my new favorite show of the season (aside from "Top Model"). The slicing sucked, my tissue was crap and I could not make out the membrane. There was this big cavernous hole in the tissue, which may have been from the skewer, but I am not sure. It was odd.

The racing went ok, it took forever, and I was here until after 5:30. I went home and watched "Ugly Betty" (another awesome new show) cuz there was no good tv on.

Monday, I had to get up super early to have my car into the shop by 8 and get to Histology by 9. I-Han was kind enough to give me a ride to school from the collision place.

Class was boring, but went fast cuz I graded lab turn-in sheets and quizzes the whole time.

Lab with Youssef, and then my lab were forgetable. Lots whiny students not wanting to touch their stupid pillbugs.

I met with George, and my model needed to be tweaked a bit more. Everytime I do it I get more ideas on how to make it better. Will this BBC crap ever be done so I can take my time and figure things out???

I hung out and played on the computer until 8 when I-Han could give me a ride home.

I watched "Heroes" which is always good, but I was so tired I don't remember much of what happened except that Ali Larter slept with one of the guys that could fly. She looked damn fine in her skivies!

Tuesday, I-han took me to school again by 8 (so nice of him to get up early). It was funny, when I knocked on his door to make sure he was awake, he was squinting at me. it was funny cuz he's Chinese and already all squinty! I am going to Hell.

After another boring, but productive (I graded all my Wednesday lab's crap) lab with Swapna, I headed back to the dungeon to trace shit all over again.

It took forever to do it and then test it. It came out ok, but not perfect like it ought to have been. Mainly cuz I was ass-tired and fucked up my last dozen contours.

I caught a ride home with Beth, after mailing a birthday card to my favorite great aunt. Happy 70th Birthday Aunt Janet! Have fun in Vermont! I would have invited Beth in, but I had all the LGBTQ crap all over the table. That's a nice big fat clue that I'm a dyke. She can see the inside of the house when she brings her kids over for Halloween.

At home, I watched "NCIS" which was ok, played a little guitar, and actually stayed awake for "SVU". All these shows with freakin' acronyms! Americans are lazy! At least I got to sleep a lot.

Wednesday (Yesterday - aww, like The Beatles song I am working on and am sick of!) I-han took me to school again, and I headed to Histology. OMG! So boring cuz I didn;t have any papers to grade cuz I had done them Tuesday.

After class when I had to teach the sheep again, I had to keep yelling at them, they are so noisy.

Away to the dungeon I went to poke at my model a bit more, and it went ok. I-han was in Ornithology lab and could not take me to pick up my car, and Saint had to teach then, so George took me there. We chatted on the way about my advisory committee (which I have to do that paperwork next week still) and other things. He had some jazzy crap on in his minivan.

He came back to school while I paid the deductible on my auto body work, and then headed back to school. But instead of poking at the model some more, I played on the computer and packed up my shit, then chatted with Beth while she finished up. Apparently today is her Birthday. Happy 39th Birthday Beth! She does not look 39 at all.

I went to Taco Bell (cheesy gordita crunch is back!) and then home to eat and watch "Top Model". The whole episode was about Michelle being gay. Her sister was a little emotional about it and Michelle came out to her parents on the phone. Aww! Just like me, except I did not do it on Mother's Day. I did it in October.

Oh! I got mail from Aunt Janet! She sent me a package with 2 bags my favorite granola (Mountain Rise Granola from Naples, NY) which runs like $6 per bag along with a little plastic container with a cat dressed up as a witch that said "EGR" (my kitty's initials) and it had a little black stuffed cat with purple paws and 4 chocolates from Stever's (awesome chocolatier in Rochester!). And...a box of Halloween-themed dark chocolated from Stever's! THANK-YOU Aunt Janet! I have to stop at the store to get yogurt to go with my tasty granola.

"The Biggest Loser" was really good. I talked to Lia while I watched it. The child is crazy! I told her I was going gay bowling and she said "So, what's the big deal? It is just regular bowling except with a whole bunch of gays!". I almost died! I have to tell everyone tonight. Lia stories are some of my best.

I played guitar for a little bit and then decided to stay up because Maria Sharapova was on Letterman (a repeat) and Sarah McLachlan (one of my first monster lesbian crushes) was on Leno (all new!). maria looked killer. She is so goddamn tall I can barely stand it. Sarah looked lovely and at a healthy weight. I love me some curvy Sarah!

Today (Thursday) I woke up at 6 but did not move to 7:30. I headed to school to read Ecology, but got distracted by the computer. I am like a moth to it's warm glowy warming glow. Much in the same pathetic way I am drawn to the TV. Eco was good, as per usual. It went fast I didn't space out.

The lab meeting was slow and crappy, so I headed next door to fix my model. Now I am here blogging cuz I can't find George. Off I go again!

Random fact of the day: Along the lines of gay bowling...in college we had a lesbian bowling night between U of R and RIT. Most of the girls were bi (damn bisexuals!), while REAL lesbians were few and far inbetween. There was one tranny. He/she was named Joe and was really just a boy in a dress that wanted to do girls like a girl. Eww! YOU ARE NOT A GIRL! He freaked some of us out a bit.
Tuesday Swapna saw one my my LGBTQ flyers and asked me what the terms Transgendered and Queer meant. So I explained it. I get weird questions from some people sometimes, but not as often as you'd think.

I love the BBC!

Thursday - So, I didn't really get to chop up any snake, I played with my imaging some more. I got something to work pretty good! The only downside to getting things right is that it make George want to chain me to the computer for even longer! But I am starting to accept that is where I will mostly be for the next year. I am glad things are moving along. Thank-you BBC for putting a fire under my ass to get moving on my project! As I go on I get more and more stoked about my research instead of worrying when it will all come together. Things are starting to come together, and I am trying not to let my energy level catch up with me. I go up and down a lot lately in terms of being tired or bored, and then excited when I get something right or am around the few fun people I know out here.

Speaking of fun people, I met with Laura so we could call and try to find her phone before the meeting. She said she'd come to the meeting, but as usual, I don't believe her promises.

I went back to the Med building and actually did some stuff and figured something else out. And ended at a good point so I headed over to the LGBTQ meeting.

It was mad windy out, I had trouble talking on the phone to Lia about Halloween stuff and trying to get the snacks for the meeting out of my trunk.

I got upstairs and Julie was already there with some old Safe Zone and Vagina Monolgue t-shirts. Lots of people showed up, I was truly amazed. It seems we need to paper the freakin' school to get people to show up to anything. 3 sporty gals showed up (ladies, where was the rest of your teams?!) and promised to bring more next time. And that is we ever see them around campus, the girls with them are likely to also be gay.

2 guys from Rose Hulman showed up to get some Inter-college LGBTQ events going. One girl at ISU that has connections to Saint Mary of the Woods College said she'd invite the SMWC girls too. We are having gay bowling next Thursday! Laura did come to the meeting, and she found her phone.

So, the stories, SMWC connected chick has a bisexual mother and 2 older also lesbian sisters, very odd. We pried Julie's story out of her and learned she is , sadly, a bisexual. One weird bisexual did something involving her best friend and a video camera. She was weird, I think at meetings I am not going to allow her to talk. She steered the conversation towards religion and I could tell that everyone else was bored and annoyed with that.

I am hoping to get some gay volleyball or other gay games going between the three colleges in Terre Haute. I bet the sporty gals and their sporty friends would show up for volleyball!

It was a good meeting, it took forever though to foist the leftover snacks onto people. The last thing I need is 8 peanut butter cookies and half a jug of Hawaiian punch in my kitchen.

I am thinking I am going to try to hang out with Laura next Tuesday or Wednesday. Maybe I can get her to watch last season's "The L Word" with me cuz she hasn't seen it yet.

After the meeting, many people wanted our old "RUSH LGBTQ" shirts so they followed me to my car and I gave them out. I headed home to eat my yummy steak sub and watch the usual Thursday night tv. Tired as I was from going out with Laura Wednesday night, I actually stayed up through "ER" which was good.

Friday, I woke up at 6, then 7, then 8:30 and FINALLY got out of bed to go to school. I played (worked) in the dungeon until class at 1. It was not as boring as I thought it was going to be. I still didn't say anything, which is normal, but it didn;t help that I was doubled over with wicked cramps like I have not had in a long time. It felt like someone tied my uterus in a knot and was pulling and letting up and pulling on the ends of it.

I went back to the dungeon, and ended up slicing a little and getting things ready for the weekend, but ended up going upstairs and chatting with Beth unbtil like 5, so I closed up and left for the day.

"Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs" was good, like always. I ended up watching an episode of "Nip/ Tuck" that was ok, the crazy nanny chick got squashed by a bus. Eww!

I can't remember what else I did. I think I watched "Top Model" from Wednesday. Next week, Michelle comes out!

Saturday. I was going to go to school to do work, but did not, I played around a bit then left. At home, I cought up on some TV. I watched the first 2 episodes of "Ugly Betty". It was very sweet and cute. She's so damn chipper I just wanna punch her then give her a hug.

After the TV it was time to take a long ass nap and then grab some food.

All day I have been playing with the guitar on and off getting distracted, I still don't quite have that Beatles song. I need to work it out by Saturday. My fingers were really hurting by the end of the day. I was told to work at one piece at a time and not fool around with others until I got it down.

I stopped at the video store to rent a movie, and let some little girl take 'Garfield 2' ( I realized later I only had enough for 1 DVD in cash in my wallet) and just took 'The Notorious Bettie Page' instead. It was ok, I heard she was interesting, the movie could have been better, it felt a little weak to me.

"SNL" was a repeat, so I kind of watched it and went to bed again.

Today, I am at school, ready to do work! I am going to be here forever. That is why I brought my computer with me so I can listen to music and crap while I slice and click snake pieces.

Tomorrow is gonna suck too. Is it Wednesday yet? I just wanna watch "Top Model" and "The Biggest Loser".

Random fact of the day: Keeping up this blog is tiring. I don't want to see a computer by the time I am done with the day, and trying to remember what I did is impossible. It keeps my sisters amused, even with the lack of pictures.
